BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - China is not plundering Africa's natural resources, said commerce minister Bo Xilai.
Energy-hungry China has been accused by some of striking too many raw material deals in Africa as it seeks to secure energy sources to feed its rapid growth.
But Bo said China only accounts for 8.7 pct of Africa's oil exports, while the US and Europe account for about 69 pct....
